Start with 3 drops twice daily on the tongue and build every few days up to 1 dropperful twice daily. If headache, sore throat, tiredness occurs within 10 mins of dose reduce to the earlier dose and wait another few days to build. Drink lots of purified water to aid balancing process.
These are safe to give with medications and different foods because they are frequencies only.
